take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died at Sayyida Fatimah Hospital, on 5th November, 2011, has been filed in this registry by (1) Reuben Kyalo Kathangathi and (2) Samuel Mutua Kathangathi, in their respective capacities as widower and brother-in-law of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
