take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above- named deceased, who died along Molo–Olenguruone Road, on 7th August, 2009, has been filed in this registry by (1) Jane Waithera and (2) Zacharia Wanyonyi, in their respective capacities as widow and son of the deceased.
