PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, notice is hereby given to the owner of the 18 pcs ‗save 80‘ jikos which have been lying in our warehouse for a period of one year now, to take delivery thereof within the next 30 days, upon payment of storage fee charges accumulated and any other related expenses failure to which the said goods will be sold by public auction or private treaty to recover such charges and expenses without any further notice.
