NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th December, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1777, in Volume 01 Folio 247/5072, File No. MMXI, by our client, Zuena Rambi Sidaka Pascal, of P.O. Box 27680–00504, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jasenta Sidaka Pascal, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Jasenta Sidaka Pascal, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Zuena Rambi Sidaka Pascal, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Zuena Rambi Sidaka Pascal only.
