NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st May, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1642, in Volume DI, Folio 225/4757, File No. MMXI, by our client, Robert Kimani Waruingi, of P.O. Box 1537– 00900, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Robert Kimani Waweru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Robert Kimani Waweru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Robert Kimani Waruingi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Robert Kimani Waruingi only.
