IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 7 (1) (l) of the Community Service Order Act, the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs appoints— Justus Mibei, Abdalla Mwazecha, Solomon Nabie, Teresiah Matheka (Mrs.), Teresia Ngugi (Mrs.), to be members of the National Community Service Orders Committee, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 21st March, 2012.
