WHEREAS (1) Kanwal Igbal Dhirman and (2) Kanwal Surjit Singh Dhiman, both of P.O. Box 27797—00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land situate in the City of Nairobi known as L.R. No. 209/3780, held under a certificate of title registered as I.R. 9869/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of twenty one (21) days from the date hereof, I intend to reconstruct the deed file provided that no objection has been received within that period.
