REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wambugu Kanyi Kibingu, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Othaya/Kiahagu/1491, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court in Nyeri in succession cause No. 25 of 2005 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) John Muthondeki Wambugu, (2) David Thuku Wambugu and thirteen (13) others, all of P.O. Box 242, Othaya and whereas the registered proprietor has refused to surrender the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument and issue a land title deed to the said (1) John Muthondeki Wambugu, (2) David Thuku Wambugu and thirteen (13) others, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wambugu Kanyi Kibingu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
