THE REGISTERED LAND ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Herbert Were Ambundo (deceased), of P.O. Box 28696, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.0144 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nairobi/Block 74/448, situate in the city of Nairobi, and whereas Agnetta Ambundo is the personal representative, and whereas the land title deed issued thereof has been reported missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the death certificate of the deceased herein and issue a new land title deed to the beneficiary thereof, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
