NOTICE is given that pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), to the owners of the following various items lying at Sky Flex Motors Limited yard at Mlolongo along Mombasa Road, to collect the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstading accumulated storage/security charges and other incidental costs incurred thereon. This is one lorry reg. No. KBK 327K Man Prime mover. One Scannia lorry prime mover, reg. No. KAU 067S. One 40 feet trailer high sided body without number plate. One 40 feet trailer (low loader) without sides and number plate. If the aforesaid lorries/properties are not collected through the expiry of this notice, the lorries/goods/properties will be sold by public auction through Sadique Enterprises Auctioneers without reference to the owners and at their own cost.
