GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4310

WHEREAS Nancy Wanjiku, of Pumwani Location in the Republic of Kenya, is registered propretor of that piece of land known as Mbio- Kamiti No. 13417, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the share certificate to her is misplaced and and whereas all efforts made to recover the share certificate in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to apply for the reissuance of another original share certificate from Mboi-I-Kamiti Farmers Company Limited.
