NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th July, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2682, in Volume DI, Folio 217/4675, File No. MMXI, by our client, Lee Pius Muchiri Kamau, of P.O. Box 73364– 00200, Nairobi, formerly known as Pius Lee Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Pius Lee Kamau, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lee Pius Muchiri Kamau, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Lee Pius Muchiri Kamau only.
