NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1399, in Volume DI, Folio 17/314, File No. MMXI, by our client, Lynette Werengekha Wakoli, on behalf of her son Joel Emmanuel Sikulu, of P.O. Box 42083–00100, Nairobi, formerly known as Joel Wanyonyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joel Wanyonyi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joel Emmanuel Sikulu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joel Emmanuel Sikulu only.
