Box 229–00202, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Yussuf Barre Aden, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of my former name Yussuf Barre Aden, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Yusuf Barre Adad, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address me by my assumed name Yusuf Barre Adad only.
