APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred on me by section 11(9) of the National Gender and Equality Commission Act, 2011, as read with section 9 of the Act, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and Commander-in- Chief of Kenya Defences Forces, in consultation with the Prime Minister appoint— SIMON JONI NDUBAI to be a member of the National Gender and Equality Commission.
