APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) (e) of the Universities Act, the Minister for Higher Education, Science and Technology appoints— KIPLAGAT KOTUT to be a Commissioner for Commission for Higher Education, for a period of five (5) years, with effect from 31st October, 2011. The appointment of David Court as Commissioner for Commission for Higher Education has been revoked. Dated the 22nd February, 2012.
