TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 751 OF 2010 By (1) Gordon Ongoro Ogada, (2) Sherina Akeyo Ogada and (3) Judith Atieno Ogada, all of P.O. Box 296, Kitengela in Kenya, the deceased‘s son and daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Consolata Adhiambo Ogada, late of Machakos, who died at St. Mary‘s Mission, on 23rd February, 2010. CAUSE NO. 205 OF 2012 By Mwikali Mutungi Tutu, of P.O. Box 19, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased‘s daugther, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutungi Tutu Munge, late of Maluma Sub- location, who died at Maluma Sub-location, on 16th April, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
