TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 142 OF 2009 By Hellen Koros, of P.O. Box 29, Kapcheno in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johna Malakwen Koros, late of Lelgoi Koyo, Kaptumo, who died at Lelgoi Koyo, Kaptumo, on 21st May, 2004. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2012 By Hellen Wairimu Kirubi, of P.O. Box 4160, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased‘s daugther, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiru Kirubi, late of Langas, Eldoret, who died at Langas on 12th August, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
