Gichunge Muthuri & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nchebere Guau, late of Tuura, who died at Majengo, Laikipia, on 16th November, 1980. CAUSE NO. 646 OF 2011 By Mugambi Nchoki, of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased‘s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mugambi Nchoki, late of Kigane, who died there in 1963. CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2012 By (1) Beatrice Gauku Magaju, and (2) Stella Kaimuri M‘Mutea, both of P.O. Box 2660, Meru in Kenya, the deceased‘s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Magaju M‘Mworia, late of Kiria, who died at Meru Hospital in Kenya, on 27th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
