NOTICE is given that the following have, pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998, and the Kenya Communications (Amendment) Act, made application to Communications Commission of Kenya for the grant of licences as appears against their respective names. Any public or local authority, company, person or body of persons desirous of making any representation on or objection to the grant of such licences as aforesaid must do so by a letter addressed to the Director-General, Communications Commission of Kenya, Waiyaki Way, P.O. Box 14448–00800, Nairobi, indicating the ―licence category‖ on the outside of the cover enclosing it on or before the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and must forward to the applicant a copy of such representation or objection. NO. 2765 THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT (Cap. 490) APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR (Extension Order) WHEREAS by an Order dated 9th February, 2009, I appointed Philip Ukhevi Uluma, Senior Co-operative Officer, in Nairobi, to be liquidator of Ngundu Farmers Co-operative Society (in liquidation) (CS/1266) for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said Philip Ukhevi Uluma has not been able to complete the liquidation. Now therefore, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from 31st January, 2012, for another period not exceeding one year for the said Philip Ukhevi Uluma, Senior Co-operative Officer, to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society.
