ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owner of Mazda Bongo reg. No. KBB 246F motor vehicle, which is currently lying at the premises of Messsrs. Daima Sacco Limited, Manyatta–Embu, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all outstanding storage and other incidental charges incurred, if the aforesaid motor vehicle is not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction or private treaty by the said Daima Sacco Society Limited, of P.O.
