NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owner of Nissan van reg. No. KAK 681D and two Volkswagen Beetle reg. No. KNB 808 and KDW 845, lying at Samken Motor Garage, Riruta, Nairobi, to collect the said motor vehicles within the next fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of storage and repair charges, failure to which the said vehicles will be disposed off under the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act by public auction to recover the said charges.
