NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th February, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as in Volume DI, Folio 624, File No. 516/4048, by my client, Shella Hussein Bhanji, of P.O. Box 48774, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Sakerkhanu Hussein Bhanji, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Sakerkhanu Hussein Bhanji, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Sakerkhanu Hussein Bhanji, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Sakerkhanu Hussein Bhanji only.
