IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 43 (5) of Labour Institutions Act, 2007, the Minister for Labour appoints: Under paragraph (a)— Seraphina Kathurima—(Chairperson); Under paragraph (b)— Thomas Kipkemboi, Issa Wafula, Dalphine Muunde; Under paragraph (c)— Apollo Kiarii, Robert Muthanga, Wesley Siele; Under paragraph (d)— Ahmed Jama Madhar, Watila Wetosi, Fred Chibeu Fedha, to be members of the Agricultural Wages Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 21st March, 2012.
