THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Equatorial Beach Properties Limited, of P.O. Box 20423, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1925 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 2210/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality of Mombasa District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 21102/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
