WHEREAS Maina Gathamba (ID/1196057), of P.O. Box 127, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered under title No. Thika/Municipality Block 24/1831, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed to be of no effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
