REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hellen Nyaboke Otochi, of Nyaribari Chache in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.185 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyaribari Chache/B/B/Boburia/8682, situate in the district of Kisii Central, and whereas the chief magistrate of Kisii Law Court of Kenya, under Misc. Application No. 221 of 2009, has ordered that the said piece of land be THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th April, 2012 1114 1114 registered in the names of (1) Cecilia Kerubo Samwel and (2) Pauline Bogomba Samwel, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said certificate to Hellen Nyaboke Otochi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hellen Nyaboke Otochi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
