TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 676 OF 2011 By (1) Pauline Kangai M’Lithara and (2) Peter Kirimi M’Thiringi, both of P.O. Box 146, Maua in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Danson M’Lithara Baitabara, late of Athiru, Ruujine, who died there on 29th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2012 By Consolata Gaceri, of P.O. Box 261, Kibirichia in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ranjuni M’Nkumbo alias M’Rinchuni M’Nkumbu, late of Katheri, who died at Kitharene Village, on 15th July, 1976. CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2012 By (1) Susan Kathure Mugambi and (2) M’Magiri M’Rintaugu, both of P.O. Box 2342, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and father-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erick Mosota, late of Kokwet, who died at District Hospital, Kericho, on 9th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2012 By Jacob M’Murwithania, of P.O. Box 6, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Itunga s/o Icoro alias M’Itunga Icoro, late of Katheri, who died there on 3rd March, 1964.
