TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1079 OF 2011 By (1) Risper Mumbe Dorothy and (2) Julia Ngunga Msuu, both of P.O. Box 1122, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanza Misuu, late of Kavisi, who died at Thika, on 16th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. 233 OF 2012 By (1) Alphonce Ngei Ndome and (2) Charles Nzyuko Ndome, both of P.O. Box 161, Mtito Andei in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Faith Ndinya Mutiso, late of Voi, who died at Moi Hospital in Kenya, on 5th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
