NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 116, in Volume DI, Folio 49/824, File No. MMXII, by our client, Lawrence Arthur Komu Thabuku, of P.O. Box 11510– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lawrence Arthur Maina Thabuku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Lawrence Arthur Maina Thabuku, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lawrence Arthur Komu Thabuku, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Lawrence Arthur Komu Thabuku only.
