REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Republic of Rwanda, Rwanda Embassy, of P.O. Box 42209, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered owner in leasehold interest that piece of land known as L.R. No. 3666/VI/MN, situate within Mombasa Municipality of Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 30827/1 of 12.88 hectares, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
