WHEREAS (1) Margaret Njeri Mbugua, (2) Catherine Wanjiku, (3) Alice Kiumbiro Mahinda, (4) Lucy Warigia Mahinda and (5) Gladys Muthoni Mahinda, all of P.O. Box 3946, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of that piece of land situate in the city of Nairobi, registered under title No. Isiolo Township Block 4/104, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
