notice is given that— THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF KIAMBU PARKING PLACES AND OMNIBUS STATION BY-LAWS, 2009 have been approved by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government as required under section 204 of the Local Government Act. The By-laws shall have the full force of the law within the jurisdiction of the County Council of Kiambu from the date of this publication. Dated the 15th February, 2012. J. K.
