NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th August, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1225, in Volume DI, Folio 245/5043, File No. MMXI, by our client, George Adams Odayo, of P.O. Box 7201, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as George Otieno Odayo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names George Otieno Odayo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name George Adams Odayo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name George Adams Odayo only.
