NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th November, 2011, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 921, in Volume DI, Folio 14/190, File No. MMXII, by our client, Danson Irungu Kariuki, (ID/8621047), of P.O. Box 13273–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joseph Danson Irungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Joseph Danson Irungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Danson Irungu Kariuki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Danson Irungu Kariuki only.
