NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1372, in Volume D1 Folio 25/421, File No. MMXII, by our client, Faith Ndunge Muli, of P.O. Box 1034–90100, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Faith Wangui Muli, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Faith Wangui Muli, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Faith Ndunge Muli, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Faith Ndunge Muli only.
