NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd January, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi, as Presentation No. 1027, in Volume DI, Folio 4/197, File No. MMXII, by our client, Susan Waithera Kimani, of P.O. Box 13020–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Susan Waithera Gachagua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Susan Waithera Gachagua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Susan Waithera Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Susan Waithera Kimani only.
