APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section I of the First Schedule of the National Social Security Fund Act, the Minister for Labour appoints: Under paragraph 1 (a), and 1 (d) (v)— Adan Daud Mohamed—(Chairman); Under paragraph 1 (b)— Permanent Secretary to the Treasury; Under paragraph 1 (c)— Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Labour; Under paragraph 1 (d) (iii)— Fred Rabongo; to be members of the National Social Security Fund Board of Trustees, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 12th March, 2012.
