APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 11 (1) (a) of the
Pwani University College Order, 2007, I, Mwai Kibaki, President and
Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoint—
F. K. ARAP SANG (PROF.) to be Chairman of the Pwani University College Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 24th November, 2011.
