APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) and (3) of the Sugar Act, 2001, the Minister for Agriculture appoints: Under section 5 (1) (b)— Kiptorus arap Kirior, Ewing Makhakha Muombo, Zakaria Okoth Obado, Nicholas Odongo Oricho, Billy Wanjala Mukenya, Mohammed Mukhwana (Eng.), Under section 5 (1) (c)— Evans Kidero (Dr.), Paul O. Odola, Himesh Kumar B. Patel to be members of the Kenya Sugar Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 1st March, 2012. Dated the 2nd March, 2012. S. J.
