REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jane Wangui Ngugi, (2) Esther Nyandiri Ngugi, (3) Joy Wairimu Ngugi, (4) Risper N. Ngugi, (5) Anna N. Ngugi and (6) Patrick Karari Ngugi, all of P.O. Box 475, Gilgil in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as No. L.R. No. 1317/187, situate in Gilgil Town in the Nakuru District, by virtue of a grant registered as No. I.R. 27430/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
