WHEREAS Ravhil Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 80274, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered the registered owner in freehold interest of that piece of land known as plot No. 16321/I/MN in Mombasa Municipality of Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as No. C.R. 46233/1 of 0.0619 hectares, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
