GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2892

WHEREAS (1) Karigi Kabuga Parcel No. 885, (2) Peter Nyaga Karera parcel No. 880, (3) Felix Gibson Njue parcel No. 878, (4) Karigi Kabuga parcel No. 877, (5) Macaki Kamumbu parcel 873, (6) Evans Nyaga Ngiri parcel No. 871, (7) Moses Wara Mwinyamo parcel No. 1502, (8) Charles Mugo Kanyi parcel No. 1503, (9) Rapahel Kinyanjui Wanjogu and (10) Grace Muthoni Kinyanjui parcel No. 1501, are registered proprietors of those pieces of land situate in the district of Mbeere, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Siakago, in land disputes tribunal case No. 5 of 2001, has ordered that the said parcels of land be transferred to Eston Njeru Munyi, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed transfers of the said parcels in favour of Eston Njeru Munyi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietors to surrender the land title deeds issued in respect of the said parcels to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said instruments of transfer and issue of title deeds to the said Eston Njeru Munyi, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said (1) Karigi Kabuga, (2) Peter Nyaga Karera, (3) Felix Gibson Njue, (4) Karigi Kabuga, (5) Macaki Kamumbu, (6) Evans Nyaga Ngiri, (7) Moses Wara Mwinyamo, (8) Charles Mugo Kanyi, (9) Rapahel Kinyanjui Wanjogu and (10) Grace Muthoni Kinyanjui, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
