THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fabian Dick Mjomba, of P.O. Box 30312, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor lessee in fee simple of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1956/119, situate within Taita Taveta in the district of Voi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as C.R. 16842, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
