WHEREAS Francis Mahinda Muchiri, of P.O. Box 1948, Nyahururu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 1.919 and 1.2 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under title Nos. Laikipia/Ndindika Block I/1327 and 4057 (Mwenje), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
