WHEREAS Rusche Properties, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land, situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Galu Kinondo/1421, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register(green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
