GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 5135

WHEREAS Truphena Kwamboka Maobe, of Nyaribari Masaba in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.81 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyaribari Masaba/Bonyamasicho/1736, situate in the district of Kisii Central, and whereas the chief magistrates‘ court at Keroka under miscellaneous application No. 15 of 2010 has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the names of (1) Annah Kwamboka Maobe and (2) Gerald Ondieki Maobe, and whereas the all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said certificate to (1) Annah Kwamboka Maobe and (2) Gerald Ondieki Maobe, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Truphena Kwamboka Maobe, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
