NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th February, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa, in Volume B-13, Folio 751/4922, File No. 1637, by our client, Saleh Mbarak Al Bin Abdat Al Kathiri, of P.O. Box 85465–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Saleh Mbarak Ali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Saleh Mbarak Ali, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Saleh Mbarak Al Bin Abdat Al Kathiri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Saleh Mbarak Al Bin Abdat Al Kathiri only.
