NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd March, 2012, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 87, in Volume D1 Folio 42/668 File No. MMXII, by our client Lydia Wanjiru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 606-00621, Village Market in the Republic of Kenya, the mother and legal guardian of Georgina Wanja Mwangi, formerly known as Georgina Wanja Wanjiru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former names Georgina Wanja Wanjiru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Georgina Wanja Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Georgina Wanja Mwangi.
