Box 5478-00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kipyegon Kirui Philip, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former names Kipyegon Kirui Philip and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Philip Talamson Kirui, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Philip Talamson Kirui only.
